Day Camp
10:08 PM Edit This 0 Comments »Monday I worked at the tote/hat station. OH WHAT FUN!! Lets just say the girls were supposed to stencil designs on their bags and ended up using their hands instead of the paintbrushes! :) One little girl at my station actually painted both her hands completely blue. Her mother must have been thrilled.
Today I was the stepping stone station. This activity went much more smoothly! They turned out really cute! Since Samantha is a Junior we are on the opposite side of camp this year. I must say it is so nice to be working with older girls, they really are much more self sufficient. LOL Basically I show them once what to do and they go to work. Its great!!! Here is Sam's stepping stone.
The girls also got to make Fairy bears. Above is a picture with Sam and her bear. Her unit, unit 8 also got to do the flag ceremony today. So far is has been a great week!
