One final shot from the balcony before we left for home.

Sam had us wear coordinating blue shirts so that we matched the flowers in the background. She is so funny!

This is one of the front buildings in Mt. Hermon. Everything was decorated with the camp's theme in mind. There were red carpets and movie drapes everywhere.

Fun in the game room with a new friend.

What a cutie!!!

Smore night. Yummo!

During the morning and evening Sam went to Childcare where they did all kinds of fun activities. Creek walks, swimming at the pool, crafts, and games. This picture is of her counselor who's camp name was "Munchkin." The other little girl is Sam's camp BFF, Abby.

This is the view out of my bedroom window. Numerous bird feeders line the trees and birds are constantly coming down to eat. From this picture it easy to see why they named the cabin "treetop."

This view is from one of the kitchen windows, its so amazing. I wish I could wake up to this every morning.

A mountain blue jay. When the bird feeders were empty he would come to the window and stare at us. LOL

Of all the birds these little finches are my favorite. Sometimes when I would look out at the trees there would be 10 to 20 all hanging out. Too cute.

This bird is the "mean" woodpecker! In years past we would occasionally see them but this year they had taken over the bird feeder tree. Any bird that tried to come and eat would be quickly chased away by one of them. Nathan actually saved one of the finches that had run into a glass window and had fallen to the ground. The woodpecker saw what had happened and swooped down and was trying to kill the poor little finch!
